Calvin's Kicks

Brandon Jennings has had a relationship with Under Armour for the past two years, dating back to when he was skipping school for playing time in Rome. Being the only basketball player to wear UA's latest kicks, I was a bit jealous.  Everyone has the Nike's but only Mr. Double Nickel had Under Armour. But now the wait is over, starting this fall, Under Armour will have 4 models of basketball kicks available to the public. This includes his signature shoe for the 2010-11 season the Micro G Black Ice:
"Inspired by both his off-court all black style and his on-court speed game, the Micro G Black Ice covers his needs for fit, maximum traction, cushioning and support. Featuring a forefoot strap at his request for added lockdown, an asymmetrical collar for protection and added range of motion, and of course, the conveniently high fashion-esque colors of the Milwaukee Bucks, you can look for the Black Ice to be available during the second week of October." via SoleCollector

The Black Ice will set you back about $110, while the 3 others will range from $90-100.

While promoting his new movie "Just Wright", Common did the talk show thing, but with an added twist. A showdown of "H-O" was in order, but taking the place of host George Lopez, was non other than Mr. Double Nickel himself, Brandon Jennings.
Take a look
Common actually has a pretty sweet jumper.
